Open Letter of Apology to Mr. David Court, Bokissa Island Resort LTD

Dear divers,

There seems to be quite a controversy and confusion over a recent letter to Dive Log regarding Bokissa Island Resort owners, management, staff and Aquamarine, specifically regarding the killing of sharks at the shark feeding dive site. The lawyers working for Bokissa Island Resort Ltd have pointed out that I have been defamatory against Bokissa Island Resort and in the letter certain words indicate I was accusing the resort owners or management of instructing the staff or in some way being involved in the killing of sharks. If anyone in anyway interpreted the letters in the May/June issues of Divelog that way I must apologize. It was not my intention to defame Bokissa Island resort, business, the owner David Cort or management by suggesting they were behind the killing of the sharks. So, for the record and so Santo can peacefully return to the tropical paradise we all want I hereby publicly apologize to Mr David Cort, Bokissa Island Resort LTD and management for in any way confusing this issue and that they were not involved in any way shape or form in the killing of sharks around Bokissa Island.
